Mod The Sims: Risky Woohoo by scarletqueenkat • Sims 4 Downloads. The promise of genetics support is a big one for me. I'm not sure if Malfus's mod or even Darkpool's Inteen uses genetic traits. I have a quick question, how do i reduce the risky woohoo odds!? I've had too sims in very quick sussesion get pregnant from just a nomral woohoo or an ACR causual woohoo. I'm now slightly worried the odds are too high! Before I had any mods in my game, I had sims who cheated autonomously when their partners weren't around to catch them.
I was going to post these in Stupid Questions, but there's so many I feel it would take over the thread.
I decided to try ACR finally, because I have a few Sims that I'd like to give some more freedom, and I feel like ACR could be set up to be mostly for Sims I choose. But the documentation for ACR 2 is really lacking, and I've never used it so some things don't make sense.
Thanks Essa for your post in Stupid Questions, that answered a lot of questions that I didn't know I'd have. I did as you suggested and looked at it in a test hood first, and things became clearer. But there's a bunch of stuff I still don't understand, so here goes.
1. What does dress and preferred dress mean? Prefer in what situation? How does this affect their behavior?
2. What does dynamic settings mean? In ACR 1 document it says this:
'Dynamic tokens will recalculate autonomy level, pregnancy odds, preferred dress, and jealousy level, the every day.'
But what does that mean? Recalculate? Based on what? Are Sims going to change how autonomous they are, what they get jealous of and stuff like that?
3. Ideal family size only affects ACR-based woohoo/try for baby, right?
4. Is there any setting hiding somewhere to disable fertility-stuff? I use an aging mod and I don't really care to replicate that aspect of reality, I don't mind my Sims having the same % regardless of age (except elders of course that should be 0). If there isn't, I'm fine just not using ACR-woohooing, as I understood it the fertility only affects ACR-interactions so that would work if so.
5. The hood-wise settings called global defaults are really confusing me.
A) Gender Pref Targets. What is this and what does the percentage mean?
B) What are Required Relationship? Is this the point at which each aspiration will be able to perform ACR interactions?
C) Timer Multiplied. What does this affect?
6. Jealousy. The ACR 1 documentation says that some Sims will override their token setting. But it also says the default system can be over-ridden by the adjuster. I am teh confused. I want Sims to follow the jealousy I set for them, not have ideas of their own. Does ACR 2 also have this ignore-token-setting-thing?
I apologize if these questions are dumb and already answered in some kind of manual. I can't find one, other than the ACR 1 stuff, and that one isn't answering my questions.
